BIT Group Management Changes

Dr. Michael Bartels, CEO of BIT Group, and Ulrich Zimmermann, CFO of BIT Group, left BIT in July 2023.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank them both for their contribution in times of structural change at BIT. We wish them the best of luck and success in their private and professional future.

We are pleased to announce that Jan Wilke (photo) has decided to take over responsibility as Managing Director of BIT Analytical Instruments GmbH, effective on September 15, 2023.

Jan joined BIT in 2009 as Project Manager in R&D. He worked his way successfully up and has held the positions of CTO at BIT Germany, Global Head of R&D, and Global Director PMO.

Jan has extensive knowledge in the areas of IVD regulatory and project management.

In his new role, Jan will lead BIT together with Thomas Eck, the second General Manager of BIT Germany, in the successful strategic and operational positioning in the relevant markets.
